Robert Brands has been named managing director of the personal care division of Rexam, which encompasses the company’s dispensing systems, makeup and home and personal care businesses. Most recently, Brands was managing director of the dispensing systems division of Rexam and, previously, CEO of Airspray, the dispensing firm that was acquired by Rexam in May 2006.
